At the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) Conference, the Acting Administrative Secretary represented the Acting Registrar of the Traditional Medicine Practice Council (TMPC) and had the honour of engaging with the World Health Organization (WHO) Technical Officer for Quality and Safety, Dr. Angela Ackon, during a networking session.

This insightful interaction highlighted shared commitments to promoting safe, evidence-based, and accessible traditional medicine within Ghana’s healthcare system.

The TMPC remains optimistic about the growth and development of traditional medicine practice in Ghana and beyond — through collaboration, innovation, and strengthened partnerships with global health stakeholders.
